Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Create monthly/weekly content calendars and oversee content production
- Drive lead generation through creative content and campaigns
- Monitor social media analytics and optimize campaigns for better performance
Content Creation & Brand Presence
- Present and appear confidently in front of the camera for reels, videos, and brand content
- Guide and direct video shoots in collaboration with the creative team
- Think creatively and act like a content creator to build engaging digital content
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative ideas effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience in YouTube SEO, social media management, or digital content creation
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and social media growth strategies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech or training industry
- Basic understanding of video production and editing workflows
- Creative storytelling and scriptwriting abilities
- Experience in influencer/content creator-style branding and engagement strategies
