The role involves consistent posting, coordination with agencies for content creation, platform audits, and handling online reputation management (ORM) tools to ensure strong brand presence and engagement.

• Handle daily posting across all social media platforms as per content calendar
• Coordinate with agencies for content creation, and timely delivery
• Conduct regular platform audits to ensure profile hygiene and brand consistency
• Handle online reputation management (ORM) including monitoring, responses, and escalations
• Track and share performance reports and insights for continuous improvement
