Social Media & Outreach Manager

An international firm based out of UK, Nubicare (nubicare.co.uk), is looking to hire a full-time Outreach, Business Development and Social Media Manager.

This is a fully remote role based in India, supporting our UK business through outreach to UK prospects, business development and social media management.

Role & responsibilities

Outreach and business development

• Research prospective customers, business partners and decision-makers from UK.
• Build targeted prospect lists for each business.
• Write personalised outreach emails and social messages.
• Make professional follow-ups.
• Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings with the founder.
• Maintain separate, accurate CRM records for businesses.
• Support proposals, onboarding and ongoing customer relationships.
• Report on qualified leads, meetings, conversions and next actions.

Social media management

• Develop separate social media plans and content calendars
• Create and schedule posts, short videos, stories and educational content.
• Adapt messaging, tone and visual style to each businesss audience.
• Manage relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Monitor comments, messages and enquiries across both accounts daily.
• Maintain consistent branding and accurate product or service information.
• Track performance and improve content based on relevant engagement, enquiries and website traffic.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media management, outreach, business development or a combined role. Preferably in similar industry
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrable experience in prospect research, lead generation and follow-up.
• Ability to create content and edit short videos using tools such as Canva and a video editor.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
• Reliable internet access and availability during the agreed working hours.
