Role Description: This is a remote internship role for a Social Media & Operations Intern. The intern will support daily management of social media channels, including content scheduling, basic copywriting, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or queries as guided. The role includes assisting with operational tasks such as maintaining content calendars, organizing digital assets, tracking basic performance metrics, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media platforms and online communities, with basic skills in content writing.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle calendars, task tracking, and routine operational workflows.
• Comfort with basic research and data gathering, including reviewing articles, social content, and simple performance metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Curiosity about stock markets, investing, or financial education; prior exposure to Indian equities is a plus.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media dashboards) is beneficial.
• A degree in business, finance or a related field is an advantage.
