Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts for multiple coaches
• Plan content calendars and create posts, reels, and captions in each coach's voice
• Engage with audience (comments/DMs) and track growth, engagement & reach
• Coordinate with coaches for content aligned to launches, courses, and offers
• Work with designers/editors for content production

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years managing social media, ideally for coaches/personal brands/education businesses
• Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn content styles and algorithms
• Good writing skills; comfortable using Canva/CapCut and scheduling tools
• Data-driven, organized, able to handle multiple accounts independently
