We're Hiring: Social Media Manager

Fortune Butterfly School has been shaping young minds since 2012 and is now home to over 2,200 students. As we grow, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own our online presence end-to-end. From the big-picture growth strategy down to the last pixel of a post. 

What You'll Do 

• Plan and execute our content and growth strategy across Instagram and other platforms, with clear goals around engagement, reach, and community growth 
• Conceptualize and write scroll-stopping captions, reel scripts, and campaign ideas that reflect our brand voice 
• Design polished, on-brand visual content — stationary posts, story templates, and creative assets — with a strong eye for grid aesthetics and visual consistency 
• Plan and maintain a content calendar, keeping a steady, well-paced publishing cadence, track performance metrics and translate insights into sharper strategy over time 
• Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh formats and ideas to the table 
• Collaborate with school leadership to ensure content aligns with our brand identity and values 

What We're Looking For 

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, school, or similar organization 
• Strong writing skills paired with genuine design sensibility — you can move fluently between strategy and execution 
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) A portfolio or examples of content you've created and grown
• Someone who thinks in both numbers (growth, engagement) and aesthetics (composition, color, consistency) 
• Experience in the education sector is a plus, not a requirement
