Social Media Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Social Media Marketing Manager in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full time permanent onsite role. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies while leading end to end marketing initiatives across multiple centers. You will create content calendars, analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns for ROI, collaborate with internal teams, and remain current with platform trends and updates.

2. Lead end to end marketing initiatives for multiple centers.
3. Create engaging content calendars and manage content production.
4. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
6. Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Data driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
