Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our brand''s presence across social media platforms.

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content strategy, community engagement, campaign management, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community and followers
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align messaging Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and vendors as needed
• Handle brand reputation and manage crisis communication on social platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field 2
• 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing/management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Hands-on experience running paid social ad campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creative and visual sense
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus
