Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ludhiana. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing social media strategies, planning engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and fostering meaningful engagement across platforms. The role calls for a mix of strategy development, creativity, and hands-on execution to grow brand presence and audience interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in Content Strategy and creating engaging content tailored to diverse audiences
• Ability to analyze audience engagement trends and optimize performance metrics
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, industry tools, and trends
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively
