About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, supporting marketing campaigns and improving the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, carousels and short videos.
• Design basic creatives using tools like Canva.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Research trending topics, hashtags and relevant industry updates.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions and followers.
• Respond to basic comments and messages and encourage audience engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect content, updates and information.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Required Skills :

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creativity and interest in content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate :

• Any graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or related fields.
• Freshers with a strong interest in social media and digital marketing are welcome.
• Candidates with personal social media pages, content creation experience or a portfolio will have an added advantage.
