Social Media Marketing Intern

Company Description: CeDISI is a global boutique consulting, training, and partnership firm working at the intersection of FinTech, MSME digitalisation, and financial inclusion in emerging markets. The organization helps institutions design, build, and scale digital economy solutions ranging from financial infrastructure and fintech platforms to rural and MSME ecosystem programs.

This is a paid, in-office internship role.

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support CeDISI's marketing and communication efforts by managing and growing the organization's presence across key social media platforms. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring engagement, and helping implement digital marketing campaigns. The intern will help draft posts, design basic visuals, and curate relevant articles or resources aligned with CeDISI's focus on fintech, MSME digitalisation, and financial inclusion. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and suggesting content and campaign improvements based on data and trends. The intern will also collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives, contribute ideas for audience outreach, and ensure consistent, inclusive messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Ability to create clear, engaging Social Media Content and support broader Marketing initiatives.
• Effective Communication skills, including concise writing and professional online interaction.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and platform insights to track engagement and performance.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools and major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) is an advantage.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
