We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow trends but spots them before everyone else does.

Someone who spends time understanding Instagram, notices what makes people stop scrolling, comes up with ideas that others haven't thought of yet, and actually takes the initiative to bring those ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Spot trends early: Identify emerging trends, formats, sounds, and content opportunities before they become mainstream.
• Think creatively: Come up with fresh, engaging ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and social media campaigns.
• Take initiative: Proactively pitch ideas, explore opportunities, and find ways to improve content without waiting for instructions.
• Create content: Assist with scripting, content planning, shooting, and execution across multiple brands.
• Stay curious: Keep up with social media trends, creator content, internet culture, and changing audience behaviour.
• Experiment and learn: Test new formats, understand what works, and use insights to make content better.
• Collaborate: Work with the team to turn ideas into content that connects with the right audience.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys spending time on social media and understands what makes content engaging.
• Someone who's creative, curious, and constantly coming up with new ideas.
• Someone who can identify trends early rather than simply replicate what everyone else is doing.
• Someone who's proactive, takes ownership, and doesn't need to be reminded to get things done.
• Someone who's comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and learning along the way.
• Someone with good communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Prior experience in social media, content creation, or video editing is a plus, but your creativity and willingness to learn matter more than your experience.
