Social Media Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

2. Content Creation: Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and other content in line with the brand's objectives.

3. Content Planning: Help prepare and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting.

4. Creative Coordination: Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to develop creatives, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.

5. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, trending topics, and digital marketing practices.

6. Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to support engagement and maintain a positive brand image.

7. Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for brand awareness, promotions, and audience growth.

8. Performance Tracking: Monitor post engagement, reach, impressions, followers, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

9. Competitor Analysis: Research competitors' social media activities, content strategies, and engagement practices to identify improvement opportunities.

10. Reporting: Prepare basic weekly or monthly reports on social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

11. Content Research: Research relevant topics, audience interests, and industry updates to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.

12. Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and communication standards.
