Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Glisance's online presence by assisting with planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, drafting captions, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and helping respond to comments and messages in alignment with brand voice. The intern will also contribute to digital marketing campaigns, basic performance tracking, and trend research to identify opportunities for audience growth and brand awareness. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Threads, and basic understanding of analytics tools is beneficial.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle branding are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment in Mumbai and manage time effectively across on-site and remote tasks.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
