Social Media Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
• Manage and update customer data in CRM tools
• Coordinate campaign workflows and ensure timely execution
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Support A/B testing and optimization of campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams

Who You Are

• Strong communication skills, especially in written English
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools
• Basic understanding of marketing or customer engagement is a plus
