Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
• Handle paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms
• Manage and optimize YouTube channels, including growth strategies and YouTube monetization
• Create engaging content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports
• Improve brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement through digital marketing initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Strong hands-on experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
• Must have experience in YouTube monetization and channel growth
• Good understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and content marketing
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, etc.
