About this role

For 3 months, you'll work inside an actual food marketing agency on actual brands. Not a practice project that goes nowhere. The real stuff.
What that looks like:
– designing posts in Canva, Figma and Adobe (and learning to smile through can we make the logo bigger)
– running socials and replying to comments without starting a war in them
– helping on shoots, sometimes you'll be the chef. Sometimes you'll be the dishwasher. Both are part of the kitchen.
– pitching ideas for reels and campaigns. Most will get shot down. One will make it. That's the job.
– being in the room while messy ideas turn into things people actually want to watch (and eat)
Apply if you:
– can design (basic is fine, we'll build on it)
– have taste, or at least strong opinions
– actually understand social media, not just scroll it
– don't wait to be told what to do next
– reply to messages. We can't stress this enough.
– care more about learning than looking busy

You'll leave with a certificate, a sharper eye, and the ability to tell a good idea from one that only sounds good at 1am.
