Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Create engaging posts, reels, captions, and other social media content.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Create engaging captions, posts, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with social media trends
• Edit short-form videos, reels, hiring videos, employee engagement content, and event highlights.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with company branding and business goals.
• Willingness to learn and work in a night-shift environment.
