Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing

• Manage company social media profiles including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
• Write creative captions, hashtags and social media copy
• Research trending topics, hashtags and content ideas
• Increase organic reach, engagement and followers
• Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
• Support social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation

Key Responsibilities SEO

• Perform keyword research for company websites and services
• Implement basic On-Page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking
• Optimize website content according to relevant keywords and search intent
• Conduct basic technical SEO checks and identify website SEO issues
• Work on Off-Page SEO and link-building activities
• Find relevant websites and opportunities for quality backlinks
• Create and optimize SEO-friendly content and blogs
• Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic
• Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities
• Use tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Regularly monitor website SEO performance and prepare reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic to good knowledge of Social Media Marketing
• Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Keyword Research
• Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Good content writing and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred
• Understanding of social media trends, hashtags and engagement
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas
• Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest or similar tools will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
