SilverXis is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can strengthen our brand presence, drive audience engagement, and create impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, posts, reels, and stories.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize results.
• Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.

What Were Looking For:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Strong expertise in content strategy, campaign planning, and analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn growth strategies and lead generation.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other social media management tools.
• Experience managing B2B and corporate social media accounts is preferred.
• Strong communication, creativity, and coordination skills.

A portfolio showcasing your previous social media work, content strategies, campaigns, account growth, and measurable results is a must.
