The Role: Social Media Lead

Were looking for someone who gets the internet. Someone who can spot a trend before it peaks, turn an everyday observation into a killer Reel. If you have built a consumer startups social and made it talk of the town, or a channel you’ve built from the ground up.

You’ll own social media presence end to end, from strategy and content to community and growth. We don’t want someone who just fills a content calendar. We want someone who can build a brand people actually want to follow.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate, script, create, and publish content that makes people stop scrolling, take in, engage, and remember us.
• Jump on trends, test formats, take creative bets, and figure out what works.
• Get people talking, engage with our audience, and turn followers into fans.
• Explore creator collaborations, influencer partnerships, and social-first campaigns that amplify our reach.
• Track performance, understand what resonates, and use insights to make the next piece of
  content even better.
• From the big idea to the final post, do whatever it takes to build a social presence that stands out.

Here you’ll get the freedom to experiment, the ownership to make things happen, and the opportunity to build the social identity of a brand from the ground up.

No cookie-cutter content. No posting just for the sake of posting. Just big ideas and fast execution.
