Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop creative content strategies and concepts for social media platforms.
2. Plan and execute Reels, Stories, Carousels, Campaigns and Brand Content.
3. Create engaging hooks, scripts, and creative briefs.
4. Stay updated with the latest trends, viral formats, and Instagram Reels.
5. Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers, and marketing teams.
6. Analyze content performance and maintain consistent brand identity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of Instagram and organic social media
• Understanding of Creative Direction and Art Direction
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, styling, composition and visual aesthetic
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and brand consistency
• Understanding of consumer targeting and audience behaviour
• Ability to maintain different brand personalities under one group
