Role Purpose:

The Social Media Manager owns organic social across our clients strategy, brand voice, content, and community. This role is responsible for growing engaged audiences and maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand presence for every client. The bar is content that stands out and community management that feels genuinely human.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social strategy and content calendars for each client.
• Own brand voice and community management — the real-time, human side of social.
• Drive engagement and audience-growth outcomes.

Ultimately accountable for: social performance — engagement and audience growth, with a consistent brand voice across every client.

• We are a small, senior team that works across all clients as one unit — specialists are shared, and collaboration is constant.
• We run on one standard and one process: shared playbooks, a single delivery pipeline, and clean handoffs. Consistency is how we protect quality.
• We measure outcomes, not activity. You own your area end to end and are expected to deliver to standard and raise risks early.
• We use a modern toolset, including AI content tools, to produce at volume — but the voice, judgment, and quality remain yours.

Required Skills

• A track record of growing real organic social accounts across platforms.
• A strong sense of copy and brand voice, and genuine community-management skill.
• Data awareness — you track engagement and growth, and you act on it.
• Fluency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Metricool, Buffer, Later, or Predis.ai), Canva, and AI content tools.

• You've grown social accounts and can demonstrate it.
• You combine creative instinct with attention to the numbers.
• You hold a high standard for everything that goes out under a client's name.

Preferred: short-form video / UGC; influencer coordination; paid-social basics.
