Social Media Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for international clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Manage brand communities, respond to comments, and improve audience interaction.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams.
• Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare monthly reports.
• Optimize content strategies to increase reach, engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Stay updated with global social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2 - 7 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of international markets, audience behavior, and brand communication.
• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent content planning, copywriting, and creative briefing skills.
• Experience analyzing engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and campaign performance.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-handling skills.
