Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and other social media content.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain positive audience engagement.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use tools like Canva and ChatGPT to improve content creation and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
• Continuously optimize social media strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile Social Media Manager

• 2–6 years of experience in social media management and digital content planning.
• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Excellent content planning, copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in managing content calendars, Reels, posts, influencer collaborations, and social media campaigns.
• Ability to analyze social media insights, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively with different teams.
