Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & E-Commerce Manager to manage social media accounts, plan and execute digital campaigns, drive online sales and lead the social media/digital team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, campaign execution, lead/sales generation and e-commerce/online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across major platforms
• Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Develop campaign strategies focused on reach, engagement, leads and sales
• Manage content planning and coordinate creatives, reels, videos and other digital content
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on results
• Drive online sales and e-commerce growth
• Plan promotional campaigns, offers and online sales activities
• Monitor leads, conversions and customer journey from campaign to purchase
• Coordinate and lead the social media/digital team
• Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules
• Track performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
• Coordinate with sales and management teams for campaign execution
