Social Media Manager

RPSG Group is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join its Group Digital Communications team. You will drive the Group's digital presence and the social media and digital communication. This is a hands-on role that covers strategy, content and execution.

Role & responsibilities

• Own content strategy and day-to-day communication across the Group's social media handles and digital touchpoints
• Manage creative, content, media and digital agencies, and guide designers to produce brand-aligned assets
• Spot relevant trends, formats and conversations, and set the content direction
• Drive leadership communication across social and digital platforms
• Review and refine copy, captions and other digital content
• Shape brand strategy and social-led campaigns, from idea to execution
• Own content calendars, publishing schedules and workflows
• Track content performance and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Manage internal stakeholders and external partners, and mentor junior team members

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-10 years in social media, digital communication, content or brand communication, with a record of leading strategy end to end
• Strong content writing skills
• Agency or media house experience
• Deep understanding of platforms, trends, formats and audience behaviour
• Ability to lead creative, design, copy and campaign thinking
• Strong grasp of brand strategy
• Strong project and stakeholder management, including with senior leadership
• Able to manage multiple brands, agencies and projects at the same time
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and emerging digital tools, and how to use them for content and social media
• Working knowledge of Canva
