Social Media Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create ideas for Reels, Stories, Videos, Posts, and trend-based content.
• Prepare content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags and campaign copy.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies and internal marketing teams for creative execution.
• Manage comments, DMs, brand mentions and online community engagement.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, video views and campaign performance.
• Support influencer/creator collaborations and campaign execution.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and CapCut AI for content ideation and creation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing or Content Marketing.
• Energetic, creative and highly enthusiastic about social media and digital trends.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Facebook, YouTube and emerging content formats.
• Good content ideation, copywriting and communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and social media analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in Fashion, Textile, Lifestyle, Retail, FMCG or Consumer Brands preferred.
