Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• 2-5 years of hands-on social media / content experience. Technology, SaaS, fintech, IT services, startups or a good digital agency would be relevant.
• You can write well, think visually and understand video. You do not need to be a full-time designer or editor, but you should know what good looks like and be able to get there.
• You understand LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube beyond scheduling - formats, audience behaviour, hooks, distribution, community and analytics.
• You use modern AI tools naturally and keep learning as the stack changes.
• You are comfortable working with engineers, senior leaders, SEO, HR, designers and business teams - without becoming just the coordinator between them.
