Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Content: Write Reel scripts, edit videos, write captions, and design posts/carousels.
• Planning: Create monthly content calendars and schedule posts on Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Engagement: Clear DMs/replies daily, leave 10+ niche comments daily, and host Q&As/polls.
• Influencers: Scout and partner with niche influencers and brands.
• Growth & Analytics: Track metrics, analyze competitors, and meet monthly follower/engagement targets.
• Collaboration: Align with Marketing, Sales, and HR.
