Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and own the monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Build and execute a social media strategy aligned with the firm's brand and visibility goals.
• Write clear, engaging, technically accurate content for an audience of architects, engineers, project managers, and other AEC professionals.
• Translate complex technical subjects into accessible, compelling social content.
• Develop LinkedIn content that builds thought leadership, credibility, and brand awareness.
• Produce and coordinate visual assets, including project imagery, graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
• Work with internal teams to gather project information, technical insights, and visual material.
• Manage the end-to-end publishing process across all social platforms.
• Grow the firm's follower base and engagement against clearly defined monthly targets.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve content and audience growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience managing corporate social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, ,YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of growing brand presence, engagement, and follower base

This is a build-from-scratch role focused on strengthening brand visibility and establishing the firm as a trusted voice in the AEC and technical services space.

This is a brand-building role, not a maintenance or lead-generation position.
