Role Summary:

The Social Media Analyst will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company & social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales. The role requires strong analytical skills to measure performance and refine strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative, data-driven social media strategies for top brands.
• Plan, create, schedule, and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and more.
• Manage engagement, community interactions, and brand reputation.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client servicing teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of agency or brand-side social media management experience.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Creative thinker with sharp copywriting skills.
• Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with a love for data and storytelling.
