Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence and drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional content.
• Coordinate product shoots, photoshoots and video content.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, collaborations and brand promotions.
• Identify suitable influencers and manage influencer partnerships from planning to execution.
• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, ROI and other key metrics.
• Develop creative captions, campaigns and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
• Increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, followers and customer enquiries.
• Track social media and digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Strong skills in content creation, reels and digital marketing.
• Good analytical, communication and creative skills.
• Jewellery, fashion or luxury brand experience will be an added advantage.
