Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Management
• Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Ability to create engaging social media campaigns
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects)
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
• Strong trend analysis and competitor research skills
• Experience in community engagement and influencer collaborations
