About the Role

Rangvarsha Sarees is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage paid & organic marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Meta Ads Paid & Organic across Facebook and Instagram.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Run Google Shopping & E-commerce Ads to drive online sales.
• Develop and implement content strategy across social media platforms.
• Create content calendars, captions, scripts, reels, posts, and promotional content.
• Plan and manage the digital marketing budget and allocate spend across platforms based on performance.
• Drive qualified leads and store walk-ins through digital campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
• Manage website content, product listings, and basic SEO optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Shopping / E-commerce Ads.
• Strong understanding of content and social media strategy.
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Ability to manage and optimize digital marketing budgets.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, GA4, and Canva.
• Strong communication, writing, analytical, and creative skills.

Preferred: Experience in fashion, retail, apparel, or e-commerce.
