Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Create high-quality digital content (videos, posts, tweets) that resonates with our target audience and drives website traffic.
  
• Manage social media campaigns from concept to execution, tracking performance metrics to optimize results.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in managing social media channels for B2C companies or similar industries.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in Advertising/Mass Communication or related field; relevant certifications an added advantage.
  
• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive business results.
