SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for B2B and consumer brands.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to launch.
• Create content briefs, hooks and ideas based on trends and audience needs.
• Coordinate and manage designer, editor and videographer.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Track social media performance, prepare reports and optimize content strategy.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of social media experience with campaign ownership.
• Strong understanding of both B2B and consumer content.
• Excellent content and trend awareness.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Fluent in Malayalam and English.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
• Experience with paid ads, real estate/accommodation or Kerala-focused content is an advantage.
