About Turve

Turve is a wellness brand for the North American market, starting by creating clean, beneficial beverages. We're early-stage and founder-led, growing our social presence from a standing start.

The strategy, content calendar, and creative direction are already built. We need someone to bring it to life: shoot, edit, post, and own the account day to day, following the brief exactly.

What you'll own

• Shoot and edit reels, carousels, and posts exactly as briefed, script and shot list provided
• Post and manage Turve's social handles on a consistent schedule
• Handle day-to-day community: comments, DMs, engagement, in Turve's voice
• Adapt each piece of content to the current product lineup as guided
• Flag anything outside the approved messaging before it goes live
• Grow Turve's follower count, engagement, and traffic across all channels, not just publish and move on

Who you are

• Based in India, able to commit to a regular weekly shooting and posting schedule
• Confident shooting and editing short-form video yourself, production skill is the priority
• Comfortable following a detailed creative brief precisely, not inventing your own direction
• Familiarity with wellness or lifestyle content is a plus, not a requirement
• Responsive and consistent, this is a standing commitment, not occasional gig work
• Has grown a brand's or personal account's following and engagement from a low base before, show us the before/after

Pay structure

Monthly pay: Rs 30,000-40,000, negotiable for the right candidate, covering 12 reels, 12 carousels, and 12 posts per month, plus account ownership and day-to-day community management. Reviewed at 90 days.
