• Build our brand from scratch across social media and make it impossible to ignore.
• Own our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X.
• Turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.
• Plan content calendars that never run dry.
• Write captions that don't sound like corporate robots.
• Jump on trends at the right time (not two weeks later).
• Work with designers and editors to create scroll-worthy content.
• Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution.
• Be confident in front of the camera for reels, videos, and brand content.
• Grow followers, engagement, and brand reach organically.
• Reply to comments and DMs like a real human.
• Track what's working, what's flopping, and make the next post even better.
