Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to grow Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You'll own the content calendar, work with our design/video team, and ensure our voice comes alive on social. From reels and walkthroughs to founder-ledposts and market insights, you'll craft and distribute content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create original, high-quality content that reflects the brand and resonates withour audience.
• Collaborate with design, video, and growth teams to drive visibility and engagement.
• Track content performance, derive insights, and continuously refine creative strategies.

Requirements:

• A creator mindset with a strong understanding of social trends and what captures attention.
• Excellent storytelling skills and confidence in creating on-camera content and short-form videos.
• Hands-on execution skills, with the ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently and consistently.
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse performance and adapt content strategies based on insights.
