Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish posts, reels, stories, shorts, and status updates across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and WhatsApp Business.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, festivals, events, product launches, and seasonal activities.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and communication across platforms.
• Coordinate with content creators, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers.
• Research trending content, viral formats, hashtags, and social media trends.
• Develop creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
• Review content and creatives before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ad budgets, campaign performance, ROI, leads, and conversions.
• Manage WhatsApp Business broadcasts for offers, new arrivals, events, and announcements.
• Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and audience engagement.
• Track social media and advertising performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
