- Write engaging Instagram captions in a warm, clear, credible brand voice.
- Plan, schedule, and publish approved Instagram content.
- Manage YouTube uploads, including titles, descriptions, chapters, tags, thumbnails, and publishing schedules.
- Create or coordinate simple graphics, post covers, Story assets, and YouTube thumbnails using Canva or similar tools.
- Help promote each new episode through Instagram and YouTube.
- Build and execute a monthly Instagram and YouTube growth strategy, not just a posting calendar.
- Engage thoughtfully with relevant health, wellness, lifestyle, and podcast accounts through genuine comments and relationship-building.
- Respond to comments and flag important DMs, partnership opportunities, and guest-promotion requests.
- Test content hooks, formats, captions, posting times, and calls to action to improve reach and engagement.
- Track key metrics and share a short monthly report with insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
- Use only authentic, manual engagement. No bots, purchased followers, engagement pods, copied comments, or spam.
- Keep content files, approval status, and publishing schedules organized.
- Research and secure relevant podcast guests through personalized outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and organized pipeline management.
- Support solo episodes by researching topics, developing outlines and talking points, and preparing episode titles, descriptions, and promotional content.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience managing Instagram and YouTube for creators, podcasts, personal brands, or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven experience with Instagram Reels, content calendars, captions, Stories, and organic audience-growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of YouTube uploads, titles, descriptions, chapters, thumbnails, and YouTube Studio analytics.
- Excellent written English and ability to create clear, engaging, human-sounding content.
- Comfortable using Canva or similar tools to create post covers, Story assets, and thumbnails.
- Comfortable creating and editing short-form Reels using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, InShot, or similar tools, including vertical formatting, subtitles, hooks, basic transitions, text overlays, and cover images.
- Must be able to create polished, platform-ready Reels from raw footage, podcast recordings, or editor-provided assets. Full-length YouTube episode editing is not required for this role.
- Able to identify relevant accounts and engage thoughtfully through genuine comments and community-building.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently in a remote role.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency while ensuring final content feels original and authentic.
- Experience with health, wellness, lifestyle, interview, or podcast content is preferred.
- Must share relevant work samples, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube channels, thumbnails, or podcast content managed.
