Darvi Global Ltd is an X Gurukul partnered branch for business analysis and process improvement consultancy, serving UK-based clients with operations based in India. We're growing our team and looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Manager to help our clients build impactful content for a global audience.

About the Role

You'll manage social media for multiple UK clients, covering content creation, editing, AI-generated videos, posting and engagement. Full training is provided, so this role suits candidates with at least a year of social media experience who are keen to learn. You don't need to have mastered every tool on day one: if you have the basics and the ability to pick up new skills quickly, you can build the rest of the skillset on the job with our support.

Job Details

• Location: Remote, open to candidates anywhere in India
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media
• Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (1.8 3 LPA), depending on skills, experience, interview performance and eligibility
• Working Hours: Flexible, minimum 6–7 hours per day
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple UK clients across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
• Create AI-generated videos and posts using tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora or other AI video platforms
• Edit reels, shorts and other short-form video content
• Design graphics, creatives, thumbnails and marketing visuals
• Upload, schedule and publish content on time for each client
• Plan content calendars that fit each client's brand and goals
• Write engaging captions and hashtags
• Track social media trends and apply them to client content
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Coordinate with the UK team to understand client requirements and meet deadlines

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of social media experience
• Ability to create AI-generated videos using Runway, Pika, Sora or similar tools (or willingness to learn quickly with training)
• Video editing skills for reels, shorts and social content
• Graphic design skills for creatives, thumbnails and marketing visuals
• Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
• Understanding of content creation, social media trends and audience engagement
• Creativity, attention to detail and good communication skills
• Good written English, since all clients are UK-based
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Quick learner who can easily build new skills in a short time
