Social Media Manager Cum Content Writer

Maxsource Technologies is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager cum Content Writer to manage our digital presence and create engaging, impactful content.

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative content strategies and calendars for existing social media pages and take the initiative to create and establish new pages.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, carousels, captions, blogs, and website content.
• Manage YouTube content, including video ideas, titles, descriptions, and channel growth strategies.
• Develop innovative ideas and campaigns to increase organic followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Identify trending topics, formats, and creative opportunities to generate traction across platforms.
• Write compelling, creative, and SEO-friendly content aligned with the brand's voice.
• Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and implement strategies to improve results.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of organic social media growth strategies, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
• Ability to develop creative content ideas that attract followers and drive engagement.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media trends.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
