Role & responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars while ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and community management through active interaction with followers and stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
• Work closely with influencers, content creators, and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
• New initiatives and innovation

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-8 Years of experience
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Preferred from- Lifestyle, fashion, jewellery brands, digital marketing agency, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Media, Entertainment & OTT Platforms
