Preferred Candidate Profile

• A creative and enthusiastic candidate with a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Ability to identify trending topics, reels, videos, and content formats to improve audience engagement and community growth.
• Basic skills in content writing, caption writing, content planning, and social media management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva and video editing applications is an added advantage.
• Ability to support event promotions, coordinate social media activities during events, and create engaging content before, during, and after events.
• Willingness to coordinate with event, editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns and event-related activities.
• Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced media and events environment.
• Freshers and candidates with prior internship or project experience in social media, digital marketing, or event management are welcome to apply.
