Role Description The Social Media Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the intern will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity. Daily tasks include assisting with campaign planning, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and gathering insights from social media analytics. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, adapt content to different platforms, and stay informed about emerging social media trends relevant to client brands.
Qualifications

• Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles to support campaigns and brand awareness.
• Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including writing captions, basic visual editing, and adapting content for different platforms.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge to understand target audiences, brand positioning, and campaign objectives.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team and interact professionally online.
• Interest in branding, creative advertising, and data-driven marketing, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and basic understanding of analytics tools is beneficial.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
