About this role
TRIPZSEARCH IS HIRING — SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER INTERN
Remote Internship → PPO Opportunity
We're looking for someone who doesn't just post content — but understands how to make content perform.
If you're obsessed with Instagram, Reels, trends, hooks, storytelling and creating content people actually want to watch, this could be for you.
What we're looking for:
• Strong understanding of Instagram & its algorithm
• Can create highly engaging Reels
• Comfortable creating face-led / talking-to-camera content
• Knows how to write strong hooks & scripts
• Good at Reel editing and pacing
• Can plan, create & upload content independently
• Can create attractive carousel posts
• Understands trends, audience psychology & engagement
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and ideation
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for what works on social media
What you'll get:
10,000–12,000/month base pay
Performance incentives & bonuses
AI subscriptions worth 5000/month provided for daily content & video creation
100% Remote
Opportunity for a PPO after 3–6 months based on performance
Real ownership of TripzSearch's social media & content growth
This is not a just schedule posts internship.
You'll actually get to create, experiment, test ideas and build a travel-tech brand's social media presence.
