At &Done, we're redefining what high-performance haircare looks like for Indian hair. Backed by biotechnology and scientific precision, our formulations are designed specifically for Indian hair and weather—delivering results global brands weren't built to offer.

We started in salons, earning the trust of top stylists across India, and are now scaling rapidly through our direct-to-consumer launch.

Founded by Saumya Yadav (Stanford GSB 19, IIT Delhi 13; ex-Urban Company, ex-Udayy) and Atit Jain (BITS Pilani 09; 2X founder – Pluss, Bulbul; ex-VC at Elevation Capital), we're VC-backed and building a category-defining brand from the ground up.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who is obsessed with Instagram, Reels, trends, creators and everything happening on the internet.

You Should Be Someone Who Naturally Thinks

This would make a great Reel.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to create content, spot trends, experiment with formats and help build &Done's social presence.

What You'll Do

• Create and assist with Instagram Reels, posts, stories and other social-first content
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and creating content featuring yourself
• Constantly track social media trends, memes, sounds, formats and emerging creators
• Come up with fresh and unconventional content ideas
• Help plan and execute the social media content calendar
• Shoot basic content using a phone and coordinate with the creative team for production
• Write captions, hooks and short-form copy that people actually want to read
• Monitor what's working and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
• Keep a close eye on competitor brands and what's trending in the category
  
  

What We're Looking For

You'll probably be a great fit if:

• You're crazy about social media and spend way too much time on Instagram — in a good way.
• You naturally understand what makes content scroll-stopping.
• You enjoy creating Reels, stories and other content yourself.
• You're comfortable being the face of content when required.
• You have a strong sense of humour, aesthetics and internet culture.
• You're proactive, curious and constantly experimenting.
• You can spot a trend before everyone else starts doing it.
• You're smart, articulate and have strong communication skills.
• You're a fresh graduate/student or have up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• A strong academic background and/or experience at a reputed university is a plus.

• You already create content on your personal Instagram or other platforms.
• You have a portfolio of Reels/content you've created.
• You've worked with creators, influencers or D2C brands before.
• You know your way around Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• You can confidently say, I know exactly why this Reel is going viral.
