About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our digital presence across LinkedIn and Instagram. The role will focus on content creation, social media trends, recruitment, workplace culture, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create social media content, posts, reels, videos, and creatives.
• Manage and support LinkedIn and Instagram pages.
• Research social media trends, hashtags, and relevant topics.
• Create content around recruitment, hiring, employee engagement, company updates, and HR/industry trends.
• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for content ideas.
• Maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Track basic engagement and social media performance.
• Support employer branding campaigns and employee activities.

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, HR, or related fields.
• Strong interest in social media and content creation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Ability to write engaging captions and content.
